For all return inquiries please email support@bohisales.com within 14 days of purchase with the following information:

• Picture of original purchase invoice.
• Picture of unopened/unused item.
• Picture of packaging and return label.

We only accept returns in original condition. Their maybe a 10% restocking fee for some returns. Processing time for refund is 3-5 days after returned item is received at our warehouse.
